Welcome to The Ben Events website operated by The Ben West Palm (“The Ben,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing tickets, placing orders, or using this website, you agree to the policies and terms outlined below.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the specific event page, all ticket purchases are subject to the following terms:

Standard Refund Policy

Tickets are refundable up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled event start time. Refund requests must be submitted in writing through the contact method listed on the website.

Requests made within 48 hours of the event start time may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of The Ben.

Ticket Transfers (Multi-Date Events)

If an event is part of a series with multiple dates, guests may transfer their ticket to another available date at any time prior to their current ticket’s start time at no additional charge, subject to availability.

No-Shows

Guests who fail to attend an event without prior approved transfer or cancellation will be considered a no-show, and tickets will be non-refundable.

Venue Cancellation or Rescheduling

If an event is canceled or rescheduled by The Ben for any reason, including but not limited to weather, safety concerns, or operational needs, guests will be offered one of the following:

  • A full refund to the original form of payment, or

  • Transfer of tickets to the rescheduled event date at no additional charge.

Fulfillment & Shipping Policy (Retail Orders)

In addition to event tickets, this website may offer retail merchandise for purchase.

Order Processing

Retail orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during peak event seasons.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via standard carriers within the United States. Shipping timelines depend on the selected shipping method and destination. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery of Event Tickets

Event tickets are delivered electronically via email confirmation or mobile ticketing and do not require physical shipping unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Delays

The Ben is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Retail Returns & Exchanges Policy

The Ben, Autograph Collection Hotel accepts returns on eligible retail merchandise purchased through this website under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they meet all of the following requirements:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, or damage not caused during shipping may not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, guests must contact us using the contact information listed on this website within the return window. Return instructions will be provided once the request is reviewed.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Method

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after delivery of the returned item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, guests must notify us within 7 days of delivery. The Ben will provide replacement, exchange, or refund options at no additional cost to the guest.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Final sale merchandise (if marked as such)

Return Shipping

Guests are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

Participation in events is voluntary. Guests assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to weather conditions, crowd environments, or physical activity where applicable.

The Ben reserves the right to limit or refuse returns or exchanges in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or excessive return activity.
